Born in 1975 from the fruit of 60 years in the field of catering, handed down from generation to generation, it has been a landmark for many years both for local and foreign tourism.
Our structure is located exactly among the Silvestri Craters, dedicated to the great geologist Orazio Silvestri, and it merges with them in the history of Etna.
Born as adventurous cones, they manifested their activity flowing with a blur of copious size but not very dangerous for the poor urbanization rate.
Discovered only in the second half of the 1800s, they represented a great source of study for the Department of Natural Sciences at the University of Catania.
Today, thanks to our structure, they are well-known for the spectacular landscape that allows you to enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Catania, particularly impressive in the evening when everything is tinged with the lights of the city.
